The Ranch Pricing

The Ranch Pricing

Venue Rental — $9000

Catering and Serving Staff — $125 per person

Includes: 3 passed appetizers, 2 proteins (add $5 for fish entree), 3 sides, bread and butter, a non-alcoholic drink, coffee and tea service all served buffet style.

Family-style service option add $12 per person (plus rental of platters).

Artisan cheese buffet add $12 per person.

+ 20% service charge and sales tax on top of final catering cost

Rentals — $22 per person

Basic rentals include: all plates, glassware, silverware, coffee service, linen napkins, and folding chairs for the ceremony.

Bartending — $5-$12 per person

Bartender with ice for your beer, wine, champagne, and sodas $5 per person

2 signature cocktail mixers for cocktail hour: organic fresh squeezed juices and garnishes for two signature cocktails. +$7 per person. Includes second bartender for cocktail hour.

Client provides all alcohol

Day of Coordinator — $1500

Includes the rehearsal/walkthrough.

We also offer more comprehensive coordinating packages.

All-Inclusive Wedding Package — $150 per person

Catering and staff with $120 package, basic rental package, bartending, and 2 signature cocktail mixers
